Add even more dimen­si­on to “C” hops and incre­a­se ester inten­si­ty with a high fer­men­ta­ti­on tem­pe­ra­tu­re. Fer­ments well at 90° F/32° C or hig­her. Non-phe­n­o­lic and no fusels, even at hig­her temps.
